-Derek Gildersleeve

Derek spent the early years of his life as a native San Antonionian, where he developed a passion for photography and computer animation. These ambitions led him to the University of Texas at Austin, where he completed a degree in Radio Television and Film. Throughout college and after graduation he has been active in the short film and commercial production scene in Austin, where he met friend and colleague Willie Rockefeller. During this time he also directed a short format documentary (Time to Listen) and a short comedy (Paper Tiger) while expanding his photography and animation skills.  With school behind him and the real world breathing down his neck, Derek decided to take his equipment and production skills and combine resources with Willie, resulting in the start-up Match Point Productions.

-Willie Rockefeller

Willie Rockefeller is a writer, director, producer, and director of photography.  He wrote and directed Sediments of Love which premiered at Austin Film Festival in October of 2009.  Willie has also been the Director of Photography for several award winning projects such as the webisode The Wingmen (SXSW Greenlight Awards) and Thick as Thieves (Palm Springs International Film Festival, SXSW, DC Film Festival). Willie Rockefeller and Derek Gildersleeve work together to produce high quality commercial and business videos to support their passion for the creative art of filmmaking.

- Mark Vazquez

Mark Vazquez is a sound engineer who specializes in the design, production, and mastering of audio for creative and commercial media. He works with Match Point to produce high quality audio or music during post-production but also freelances his work to outside projects. Mark works with bands putting the final polishes on their CD during the mastering process; he also composes, mixes, and produces music for films and commercials.
